HSBC consumers have reported over 103 official complaints related to FHA mortgage. Out of the 103 consumer complaints against HSBC, 17% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how HSBC responded to their complaint) and 97% were processed in a timely manner. 2% of consumer complaints against HSBC resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 3% resulted in non-monetary compensation.
