Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount November 18, 2015 - We received a letter from debt collector, Payliance dated - -, 2015 stating that we owed $150.00 plus a $35.00 service fee for our - payment to our son 's orthodontist - -. However, This payment was PAID - -, 2015 Payliance had deducted the amount of $150.00 PLUS a $25.00 fee from our checking account. I sent them documents on - -, 2015 disputing the outstanding debt and documbents showing where they automatically took the money out of our checking plus their fee. Since then, our orthodontist has verified the account was current. But, Payliance is continuing ... |
