PNC Bank Money transfers other transaction issues December 9, 2015 - Recently, my daughter and I settled on a house she was purchasing for herself and I was selling on behalf of my parents ' estate. My now-deceased father had a reverse mortgage ; so, essentially, my daughter refinanced the home in her name. Throughout the process of my daughter obtaining a loan from her financial lender, the reverse mortgage company and it 's attorneys pursued foreclosure.
