Webster Bank Mortgage loan servicing, payments, escrow account September 25, 2015 - My mortgage company, Webster Bank, NA, is charging me $5900.00 for hazard insurance, because they claim that I have not provided proof of hazard insurance coverage. I provided proof of hazard insurance coverage six times by fax as well as once by mail. I have called the bank 's insurance company approximately 5 times. Each time they send me a letter stating that I must provide proof of hazard insurance coverage - the same hazard insurance coverage I have been providing over and over again. The bank is violating the terms of the mortgage by charging me for hazard insurance when the building ... |
