Cooling & Winter LLC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid May 10, 2016 - I was sued in 2014 for a debt that I owed - -. - - bought the debt and filed a suit against me and garnished my wages until the balance was paid in full. After paying this debt in full, I received more correspondence from - - as well as Cooling and Winters LLC. stating that I was being sued again for the same debt. I have spoken to both compnaies and - - refuses to speak to me about my account and told me they sold the account to Cooling & Winters after this account was satisfied.
