Midwest Recovery Systems Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened to sue on too old debt October 18, 2016 - A few weeks ago a collection agent called my - year old mother upsetting her looking for me about an emergency case and left a number. I called back and a lady said I was being sued for - account from 2008. I told her to stop calling this was way past 7 years old. Two days ago I was notified by credit karma that a collection account was put on my credit report. I called number on my collection account and spoke with -.
