ResidentCollect, Inc. Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount January 29, 2016 - I responded per the FDCP Act Validations of debts with a phone call. I attempted to advise the company that this is an open court case that has no decision for any debt owed. I was told I had no rights unless I was an attorney. When I read the Fair Credit Act I was told they would continue to collect in violation of my call. The letter is dated -/-/2016 and my call was placed -/-/2016 after receiving the mailing.
