HSBC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt March 31, 2015 - In -/-/- I made a loan with HFC/Beneficial for the amount of $13.00. The rate of repayment was @ $220.00 per month which latter in the loan around about -/-/- the payment were reduced to - per month. My account was sold to another company who has recently adjusted the amount that I owed to them after making a complaint to them that I had been overcharged. Before selling my account, HFC did not notify me nor did they provide me with how much I had already paid to them. I believe that they have also been overpaid. ... |
