AES/PHEAA Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received October 1, 2015 - AES collects on loans that NCT has purchased but they have never sent me proof that NCT owns this debt, the only item I have received was a loan agreement that I signed with - - -. AES is committing fraud against me which I have recorded calls on my phone because they also lie about everything and does not have any knowledge of what they are collecting on. I have spoken to NCT and they acknowledge that NCT is a trust and does not make any decisions on the loans which AES claims they do. I also spoke with - - and he acknowledged that AES can remove any negative marks they put on ... |
