Progressive Financial Services, Inc. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received November 26, 2015 - They were sending my information to the wrong address, by the time I received the information, it was almost past the 30 day cut off and it was a weekend. I called them the first thing Monday and gave them my information and was told that I notified them in time. I sent her ( - ) the personal and financial information that she requested and she used it against me. Two weeks later they started garnishing my wages for $500.00 plus a month. ... |
