Monterey Financial Services, Inc. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received September 19, 2015 - Bought a timeshare through - - while under the influence. I emailed them to cancel it within the 120 day period and it was being disputed. Did not have any contact with debt collectors, assuming that this was taken care of. I tried to get a mortgage, and found out through a credit report that they had filed to collect once again. I only found out through the credit report about the collection. I still have not received a phone call, email or even a letter telling me I still owe them money. It has been in dispute all along. ... |
