Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received August 24, 2015 - I was called back in - about a debt that I supposedly own by central portfolio control. The caller left a message but did n't state what the debt was, who I owed the debt too, and then failed to send a letter of verification of said debt after 5 days of first initial contact. Central portfolio control then called Monday - - and still did not tell me they were a debt collector or the debt they were trying to collect. ... |
