Revenue Recovery Corporation Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received November 8, 2015 - I called this Revenue Recovery to ask for an itemized statement for a large medical bill I do not remember, I assumed it was a previous collection agency handling one of my other medical bills. They agreed to send it in the mail. I am trying to see if the VA will help me pay for any of the debt since I was n't close enough to a VA facility at the time. I called to find out what was going on since I never received a bill the guy on the phone told me it was through - - hospital and I owe another $500.00 and something for a hospital bill to - - -. I told him I didnt get a bill for either - and I have - and - he insisted he talked to me in - 2015 I tols him he didnt talk to me and that I have - and -.
