April 9, 2015 - Years ago I had someone purchase a car with a cashier 's check. Car was gone and check deposited into my account at - - Credit Union. Few days later, money was withdrawn to purchase another car but found out later that the cashier 's check was canceled. Could not find the people so the car and the money were gone. I had lost my job and was unable to pay the debt to the credit union. They took it to small claims court and I had filed bankruptcy due to losing employment and divorce.
