I initially filed a dispute in - 2014 and subsequently in - 2014. This company continues to defame my name. I sued them, however, there is a bankruptcy stay currently in place. I have been unable to keep a bank account open. The bankruptcy case # - filed in - District of Michigan was discharged today. You may call to verify at -, however, this company continues to report that I owe money to the banks when that is not the case.
