I calculated my monthly payment and made my first one and set up an auto deduction from my bank account. However, they never sent me the actual credit card and they never implemented the autodeduction. I called multiple times to get the credit card, they never sent one. They also never notified me that they were n't taking the monthly payment for my debt.
