February 21, 2016 - My utility, - - was ongoing from -/-/- in -, - I paid all my bills on time every month before moving to - ( -/-/- to -/-/- ). I never had a $36.00 - - bill balance from -/-/- nor -/-/-, but this collection appeared on my account in error because - - @ ( - ) - told me they never had any record of this $36.00 owing from eight to nine years ago?
