My utility, - - was ongoing from -/-/- in -, - I paid all my bills on time every month before moving to - ( -/-/- to -/-/- ). I never had a $36.00 - - bill balance from -/-/- nor -/-/-, but this collection appeared on my account in error because - - @ ( - ) - told me they never had any record of this $36.00 owing from eight to nine years ago? So I paid it anyway but it has not been removed from - credit reporting. Not only is this debt erroneous but its nine ( 9 ) years old! NOT the seven ( 7 ) years that Diversified Adjustments Collections @ - - - -. -, -, - - phone : ( - ) -. They are maliciously reporting this after nearly nine ( 9 ) years and have refused to stop doing so after I telephone and spoke to them -/-/-. I DEMAND this erroneous collection to be removed from my credit report. I have been an - - customer since -/-/- in -, - nearly 25 years and I have never missed a payment. I will mail supporting documents.
