Requested my free credit report & score & know I have a detailed credit report file because I have paid directly to - in previous years & know they have because they delivered said report. I have struggled tremendously via email trying to give more information in order to get report. Also handed over my phone number as well. The other end was completely uncooperative, sent me dead links, & now I completely distrust the integrity of this company & its proclaimed services.
