Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Ohio

there is a problum to the point i cant even get my information I think someone stole my credit information do to i live with a friend. We rent the house monthly pay utility 's, and I do not own a home, do not have any bank accounts, I have know credit cards with any stores or any credit card except a single debit card I get threw social security -.
