They did not give me an account number or any information other than that it was a debt from - - -, the amount they want to collect from me, and that if I had n't called them they were going to take further action '' to collect on the alleged debt. They did n't offer to send me any letter or documentation and did n't tell me that I was supposed to receive any kind of documentation from them.
