I have no knowledge of having a contract with this company. The credit bureau send dates but no signed copies of contracts or anything. Which is clearly not validation. In accordance with my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act I am hereby requesting that this collection agency provide formal validation of the alleged debt that they are reporting to the major credit reporting agencies on my behalf. The legal definition of " verification '' means to affirm by oath or affidavit. Unfortunately, the alleged debt collector failed to do this even though I had requested it in writing several times. They have consistently defamed me to the consumer reporting agencies fraudulently without verification or acknowledge my dispute as a disputed debt, blatantly misrepresenting the debt. I sign up for a 7 month membership program for $350.00. But after the 7 month - was still trying to take money out of my - account. I had to get - to block them. And I had to get a reversal on - payments because they tried to over charge me. The date on the letter is dated -/-/2015. I responded to the letter asking for verification and for them to respond only through mail not by phone and l also gave them my new address. I have moved from the address that they have on there letter. Aargon collection agency is know for ignoring letters and putting debt on your credit report without verifying.
