I am disputing this alleged debt that is on my credit report. I have no knowledge of having a contract with this company. The credit bureau send dates but no signed copies of contracts or anything. Which is clearly not validation. In accordance with my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act I am hereby requesting that this collection agency provide formal validation of the alleged debt that they are reporting to the major credit reporting agencies on my behalf. In which I am not requesting a simple account summary.
