Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt June 9, 2015 - Kay jewelers has been incorrectly reporting a over 6 year old debt to my credit bureaus. It has been reaged every time it was sold off to another collection agency and is still in the name of the original creditor who no longer holds the debt.The - now owns my debt and has been unable to validate the original date as it has been closed and in collections for over 6 years. They are refusing to remove the negative account on my credit reports and have been negatively effecting my credit score each time they reage my account. ... |
