May 11, 2015 - I attempted to settle this debt with this company back in the begin of -, I spoke with an employee by the name of - -, who I asked if i could be sent a settlement letter to settle the balance owed on a previous - bill I had, I asked if I could have it sent via email or fax, the employee advised me that they could not do that. I said ok and we disconnected the call.
