I attempted to settle this debt with this company back in the begin of -, I spoke with an employee by the name of - -, who I asked if i could be sent a settlement letter to settle the balance owed on a previous - bill I had, I asked if I could have it sent via email or fax, the employee advised me that they could not do that. I said ok and we disconnected the call. I attempted again around the - of - and I spoke with an employee by the name of - - @ - -, who was very nice and I asked her I needed a settlement letter or something stating the validity of this debt, I asked her if she could fax or send me this letter, she stated no we can not do that, she stated she could mail me the letter, she verified my address, I asked her if she knew how long it would take, and she stated about 3 business days, since we - are out of Arizona. Today is -/-/2015 and I have not been mailed anything to prove this debt. Prior to -/-/15, on -/-/15, I attempted calling to see why I never received this letter and I spoke to a receptionist who stated that the department were my case was handled had closed early and to try calling back on monday -/-/15, I asked if she could help me, she stated she could not see anything they could. I made multiple attempts today -/-/15 to call and speak with somebody and everytime I called the company, they asked me for my account number and I entered it, then I entered the ext of - -, nothing but a voicemail stating to leave my info to have someone call me back. I did not leave my information.
