Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt October 26, 2015 - I disputed this account several times with them and with the credit bureau. This has been a on going issue with them. When I mail them something they say they never get it. I asked for a supervisor to call me on -/-/15 and they still have not called. I called back on -/-/15 and requested again a supervisor to call me. still no call from a supervisor. They told me last month they was going to mail statement I still have not received anything from them. This is going on 3 months now that it has been disputed! It should not take this long to get this issue resolved. ... |

Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt June 25, 2015 - I have attempted, for several years, to get Optimum Outcomes to provide me with written copies of the original medical bill and the Explanation of Benefits from my insurance company showing that I did not owe this account. I have disputed this account that is showing on my Credit report. I have contacted the hospital and their -, 3rd party billers and they all show that I do not owe them any thing. I have a copy of of the Explanation of Benefits that show that this account was settled by the medical office. I have been denied a mortgage loan because of this false collection account. ... |
Optimum Outcomes, Inc. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt March 31, 2015 - Optimum Outcomes, Inc. filed a collection on my credit report. In the past, my late fathers medical bills had been mixed with my bills because I cared for him and we shared the same doctors. I disputed the debt with the credit reporting agency. Their investigation came back verified. I contacted Optimum outcomes and the lady was rude and was not willing to communicate other than stating I owed the debt. I then wrote a request to Optimum Outcomes for proof of the debt. They responded with only a letter showing the same information that was on the credit report and stated this was their validati... |
