First attempt is to sell you a credit score ( 1 for yes, 2 for decline ), then they follow up to ask if you 're sure ( 1 for yes, 2 for decline ), and then two attempts to sell credit monitoring servicing. As someone who works in finance, this is fine, but for many consumers this can be very confusing and lead to payment of unwanted services.... |

Please log into your account to find out exactly what happened. '' When I log in, there is no indication any event - mainly there are a number of marketing ploys, all of which cost money. Many of the ploys lure you into asking for additional information, then have you " place and order '' that you are unaware you will pay for. This seems to be behavior that should not be tolerated by an entity which we require to honestly and straightforwardly deal with our credit.... |
