I was being charged more than i was before. I tried calling to have this fixed and even filed - complaints with the -. This is not the - time this has happened. the last time I had their service I had to file with the - and that time it was corrected. Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount April 25, 2015 - Called Diversified adjustments Collections agency to set up payment agreement with them because i have someone helping me make payments they give me a offer of half off the amount or a payment agreement for 12 months. I ask for a e-mail with the pay off and the agreement he said yes and he needed his supervisor to sign off on it and he would call me back at -.
