Called Diversified adjustments Collections agency to set up payment agreement with them because i have someone helping me make payments they give me a offer of half off the amount or a payment agreement for 12 months. I ask for a e-mail with the pay off and the agreement he said yes and he needed his supervisor to sign off on it and he would call me back at -. When he called me back he said he was still waiting and he would call me the next morning. He did not call so i called there and everybody was rude and disrespectful. Then after i called for 2 days in a roll i had someone who was going to just pay them the half off and they bumped the price up and said i never set up an agreement. All i am asking is if i could get a letter of agreements and or settlement. Now i might have to set up agreement cause offer was good for that day. I am - and the housing i want to move to is wanting an agreement to pay this bill off before they will rent to me and Monday - - is the last day they will hold the apartment because they need the agreement or i lose the apartment. I really need and would like to take care of this but getting no where with them. Please help i do n't know what else to do.
