January 29, 2016 - I responded per the FDCP Act Validations of debts with a phone call. I attempted to advise the company that this is an open court case that has no decision for any debt owed. I was told I had no rights unless I was an attorney. When I read the Fair Credit Act I was told they would continue to collect in violation of my call. December 10, 2015 - i have a debt with resident collect that is a valid debt but wrong dollar amount. I have called over phone and they verify the correct amount but they are refusing to send report with the correct balance to - and -. Experian already has it updated because they called Resident Collect and received it verbally.
