I attempted to advise the company that this is an open court case that has no decision for any debt owed. I was told I had no rights unless I was an attorney. I have called over phone and they verify the correct amount but they are refusing to send report with the correct balance to - and -. They then reduced it to - and I challenged that amount as well.
