June 23, 2015 - I was laid off my job and this account was turned over to a collection company called Real Time Solutions. I received the letter from them in the mail and I called them to make arrangements on the account. I spoke to - - who set up a Hardship Agreement with me to make payments for $150.00 a month for -, -, and - of 2015. March 19, 2015 - The option I needed under false statements or representation was not available, but to summarize my complaint, real time resolutions is representing themselves as a mortgage company rather than a debt collection agency on my credit reports with - and -.
