I was laid off my job and this account was turned over to a collection company called Real Time Solutions. I received the letter from them in the mail and I called them to make arrangements on the account. I spoke to - - who set up a Hardship Agreement with me to make payments for $150.00 a month for -, -, and - of 2015. I was told to call back and set up more arrangements after those payments were made and I did to find out - was no longer with the company and I spoke with - who offered me a settlement on the account of $1800.00, and to make payments of $150.00 a month for 12 month. - representatives confirmed and assured me that they would not report me with the - Credit Reporting Agencies and the account was settled. Since I have paid as agreed.I was also suppose to get a letter in the mail confirming the settlement of which I have not received. Today - - I received a email alert from - - where they did report me to the credit reporting agencies on - -, 2015 and are showing it as a
