WLCC consumers have reported over 5 official complaints related to Charged fees or interest I didn't expect. Out of the 5 consumer complaints against WLCC, 20% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how WLCC responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 100% of consumer complaints against WLCC resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 0% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

WLCC Payday loan charged fees or interest i didn't expect charged fees or interest i didn't expect December 28, 2015 - I received an installment loan of $500.00 on - -. On the phone, I was informed that I could pay it in advance. I was not given any payment options at that time, just told that payments would be automatically debited but I could pay in advance. I then received my loan agreement, which did not require a signature, rather a typed name and typing " I agree '' which was taken from the application and not the agreement.
