Credit Central Holdings, LLC Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls November 10, 2016 - I owe them money from a loan and I am unable to pay the past due and current amount due. I asked to set up a payment arrangement and they told me I could only do that if I became current, which makes no sense. They have also left a note at my house where they came by. They call repeatedly throughout the day on my cell phone, work phone and my moms home phone. I have sent a letter asking them to stop calling and to not come to my house. So far they have yet to stop calling. I asked that they send me another set of the loan agreement as I misplaced mine and to only contact me in writing.... |

I cashed the check and I contacted the company ( - in - - ) I answered their questions and the first payment was due -/-/-2016 and it is - -, 2016. I plan to pay them on pay day -/-/- and these people have sent some big bald headed guy in a personal unmarked car to my house every single day for the past 2 weeks, even on Saturday! Still not working. Within one week of notification of loss of job my cell was turned off. They started calling everyone on my referral list and someone provided my mother 's # to them. They call her # every day, my mom is - and has repeatedly requested for them to stop calling her.
