He requested I provide personal information, at which point I said I do not give out personal information to someone I do n't know. He listed off my address which I verified, and then he requested my date of birth, to which I again replied that I do not give out my personal info to someone I do not know. I contacted this company about a repayment plan on my student loan, ( but I was still sending $30.00 per month ). I 've faxed and mailed - now to - - all the information needed to arrange payment since - 2015 only to receive phone calls from from another agent from Performant Recovery. Stop calling and put it in writing. In the meantime Performant Recovery keeps adding fees to the account. Is this fair? ... |
