JPMorgan Chase & Co. Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer need information about my balance/terms June 29, 2016 - I had a student loan with Chase back in 2006. At the time I was going through financial difficulties and did not pay. Because of that, my student loan went into default. I have since applied for a mortgage and was told this loan had to be resolved in order to go forward in the pre approval process. I have spent the past month calling numbers, leaving voice mails, getting passed back and forth and still have not been able to talk to someone to help resolve this loan. Chase tells me all private student loans were sent to - and - is telling me they were never/do not have my account.... |
