PNC Bank Debt collection communication tactics called outside of 8am-9pm June 6, 2015 - PNC bank called me at - on a Saturday morning. I usually turn my phone off but forgot. I live in Texas which is in the central time zone. They were calling me from the Eastern time zone. I believe they are calling in regards to a debt that is less than $100.00. I had attempted to close my bank account but there was an outstanding charge from -. I had changed my bank information on the - website and PNC bank was not showing up on my account yet it still got debited.
