Not their to defend my self in court the rent was - a month one month how can this rent plus a court cost of - pluses - an the cleaning how can that add up to - that is why I want someone to vestigate I am not in no way to pay that I tried to work this out but they are abusing an taking advantage of the public an the credit bureau ... |

The creditor previously submitted a hand written notation pm a notepad without letterhead overstating charges that were not backed by the parts and labor receipts required to prove the creditors actually costs. I called the collection agency numerous times and disputed the amount with all the credit bureaus. I had filed a complaint with HUD & the - - - regarding harassment, emotional distress, mold and overcharges. My lease was paid... |
