National Credit Adjusters, LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt December 1, 2015 - The debt collector seems hire a detective and call my dad to his cell phone and told them to tell me to call them because there has been filed a complaint against me and game my name. At my knowledge this is inapropriate and illegal. My dad called me worried to tell me that a woman call saying to call her back because a complaint has been filed and he said hope you are ok. I have not received as required by law a verification of debt letter within 5 days of receiving phone call neither as of today. They are behaving like scammers. Need advice. ... |

The debt in question is from an old - - account which is currently being disputed. The caller did not announce they where a debt collector and pretended to be a potential employer trying to gain information concerning my address/employment. I am unable to work due - within the last three years. The constant harassment from this company is extremely stressful and totally unnecessary.
