January 6, 2016 - this originally was a neck device that was purchased at a therapy office, That was supposed to be covered by the insurance company -, I did not find out until a year later that I owed this, so I offered to return it, the company - would not accept my offer, so right now I 'm still in the appeal process with the State attorney 's office. The collection agent, - -, Operator ID -, indicated that she would not indicate that I was contesting the validity of a debt unless I proved that I did not owe it '' and that the company will document that you owe the debt and it will just go back to collections.
