May 4, 2015 - Hello, I have an account in collections with - - in NY for a previous account I had with -/ Synchrony Bank which was a credit card used for medical bills. We had a balance of $460.00 as of - 2014 with Synchrony Bank which was charged off to - and they are now charging us $1000.00 and will not settle for less than that amount. I have contacted both Synchrony and - attempting to settle for at least $500.00 or $600.00 but they will not work with me. This is the only collection agency that has not been willing to work with us. I do not think it is fair that the charge off...
