On every phone they say they have sent me a statement letter or statement they ask me to verify my address which I do but tell them I have not received anything from them they said someone was probably checking my mail. So I told them on a phone call to send it via email have them the email and had them call me back that day so I could tell them I received or did n't. Which I did n't received anything via email.
