Consumer Portfolio Services Consumer Loan taking out the loan or lease taking out the loan or lease November 30, 2015 - my - loan was with consumer portfolio service. CPS stop taking monthly pymnts from me and forward the account to collection who demanded $10000.00. i filed a complaint via better business bureau, CPS then stated i owe $7000.00 but will settle for $3000.00. i then tryied to trade the vechicle in but CPS now went back-up to $7000.00. CPS solded the account to an outside co. [ als resolvion ] to whom pick-up the vehicle. My vehicle was paid-off and CPS was collecting late fees from me, but stated i still owed on the vehicle. Please Help now that they have the vehicle i want to be clear... |
