Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Florida

When credit bureau experian and - are pulled by lenders - is my credit score. I have more than 10 year 's of established credit. Also, for some time now - states that credit files split into - with that beingvsaid I have missing positive information on only my -. I spoke to the office of consumer affairs and they advised me the credit splitting and not reporting years of established credit is an error with their database. Why should their error be at my expense?
