On -/-/-, B/A informed me that my home equity line of credit is scheduled to end on -/-/-. - -, B/A Home Eq department stated via phone that this is in error, as the terms of the agreement were to be for 15 years, and could not end till -. B/A Home Equity Supervisor - on -/-/-, or -/-/- stated by phone she could not understand why I could not have access to my account before -/-/-, so filed for review, # -, and told me I would hear within 3 business days. It is now past 5 days.
