Conventional fixed mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account South Carolina

This is my second request for help. My mortgage payments were not posted on the correct day. I never spoke to anyone at Bank of America about my problem. I received in the mail a letter about the processing time for night drop that I was not satisfied with.
