Unable to get credit report/credit score problem getting my free annual report
Experian Credit reporting department,
Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Minnesota
I have just discovered that I am a victim of identity theft / fraud. I have been trying to request a free copy of my credit report from Experian through annualcreditreport.com. After inputting my info on the first screen, then selecting Experian on the 2nd screen and submitting it, my browser advanced to https : //www.experian.com/ncaconline/acr, but it then sat there for over 45 minutes, with nothing loading on the screen. I exited, then re-started the process from scratch, and the same thing happened. ( I am using the latest version of -, as my browser, which is compatible per the web site. ) The annualcreditreport web site says to contact the credit agency directly regarding any problems/issues - and I could not find any " troubleshooting '' info available on annualcreditreport either. So, I went to Experian 's own web site, looking for some kind of an on-line chat function, consumer - number, or a consumer troubleshooting section - but could find nothing. I am concerned that Experian is perhaps throttling requests that come through annualcredit reports.com or something - as a means for consumers to get frustrated and simply pay for a report instead through their private web site -? I need to get my credit report asap, as my bank account has been raided, my credit cards have been used fraudulantly, and I am aware of credit cards being opened fraudulantly in my name. However, I am not able to get such from Experian!!!
