Experian Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Michigan

Went to free anual credit report site. Got my - and - reports. However Experian gave me a response that they already gave me my report. I have attempted to contact Experian by phone and internet to no avail. All options are automated and they ALL want me to input a valid credit card and agree to be charged. Anything else either links me back to the freecredit report site just hangs up on me after telling me to go to the free report site. This same thing happened last year. Then I was able to get ahold of a live person and get this resolved. Not so this year, so they are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and I wish to file a complaint.
