-/LenderLive wrongfully charged me a late fee for a payment that arrived to their facility prior to the - of the month. When I contacted the company, I received different answers from different people and was left on hold for long periods of time when I asked to speak with a manager. Additionally I had to call several times to get the issue resolved. This issue has occurred more than once and is starting to become a monthly chore.
